Fire Suppression Team

As Brothers Fire & Security keeps growing, we are attracting talent with solid track records of experience and expertise. Our latest talent to join us is David LaRue, General Manager of Fire Suppression. Teamwork is the name of his game as he leads the fire suppression team. We are counting on him to build the team, train the team, grow the team, and feed the team. (Well, not literally.)

Currently, we have a proven Fire Suppression team; the goal is to double the team by the end of the year. Our plan is to move into clean agent or waterless sprinkler systems for computer mainframe rooms, data centers and hospital operating rooms—facilities where fire safety is particularly crucial.

David’s expertise includes 12 years in service, installation and sales of pre-engineered and engineered fire suppression systems. Most recently he was Suppression Sales Representative at Johnson Controls. His comprehensive skills include Service/Installation Technician and Systems Department Supervisor/Estimator for Nardini Fire Equipment Co. in Shoreview, MN.

David has accumulated well-rounded experience in managing the entire sales process from uncovering opportunities to developing solutions. He’s prepared designs, created contracts, negotiated terms, and provided ongoing customer service. He knows the ins-and-outs of quotes, proposals and sales leads development. Plus, he’s managed or advised on hiring, training, and performance assessment of personnel. The results of his work—achieving profitable sales and revenue goals—are exactly what we’re looking for.

There’s one more thing about David that Brothers Fire & Security highly respects: He served in the United States Navy from 1990-1997 as Aviation Boatswain Mate 2nd Class, Military Police and an emergency medical dispatcher.
