Job Summary: Office Assistant

Brothers Fire & Security’s Elk River, MN office is looking for a qualified Office Assistant to support the organization's daily operations by performing administrative and clerical tasks. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the office by organizing documents and assisting staff with various tasks. Office Assistants are essential for maintaining a productive and organized work environment.

Salary: $40,000.00- 43,680.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Making phone calls, AR Collections, statements, maintaining and submitting information for delinquent accounts

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records (physical and digital).
  • Coding Checks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support staff with project-related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
  • Ability to work 36-40 hours

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require post-secondary education).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
