As a leader in the fire and security technology space, we are not just a bunch of wire pullers. Our mission is to find the best life safety technology that is right for our clients and what they need; after all, not all technology is relevant for all solutions. We also use technology to enhance the client experience because we know that technology is only as good as the person who is willing to use or if it fulfills the mission our customers and enhances their customer’s experience.
Because of COVID, today’s way of doing business has changed and, simply put, is unusual. Yet the challenges of COVID haven’t changed our commitment to embrace new and creative ideas and strengthen our team to provide more service to our existing and future client base.
One way we’ve strengthened our team is by adding Keith Schanks as an outside sales associate in our fire alarm/security division. He’s the right person for this newly created position to develop new business and new clients in the Twin Cities corporate market. His sales strength will benefit you, our customer, as he builds a client base and works directly with you on solutions. Make no mistake, Keith doesn’t sit around waiting for the phone to ring, he is actively engage with his customer base and bringing the right products and technology to the right solution.
Here to Serve You Best with the Best
Keith has been selling in the security industry for over 15 years and is one the best. He has received top sales awards with previous employers, including multiple President’s Circle Top Producer Awards. Keith is a Club 1 winner in the commercial division, finishing eighth out of 208 commercial reps. Now that’s impressive! He also served as a Commercial Security Consultants board member.
Keith’s job duties complement his expertise in designing and selling integrated engineered systems including access control, surveillance, intercom systems, intrusion detection, building automation and fire alarm systems. He’s a strong believer in our “bundle and save” philosophy and works directly with end markets where higher margins result in lower maintenance. He has considerable experience with project management software, such as Primavera Expedition, Salesforce, and iSell; as well as Avigilon, Honeywell, American Dynamics, Panasonic, Silent Knight and Motorola systems.
Keith has hit the ground running full speed ahead with duties that include:
- Estimating and/or bidding new projects, contractual and service work, monitoring and inspections.
